POST HARVEST TECHNOLOGY

• Conduct research to improve ricegrain and seed quality under process of threshing, cleaning, drying, storage and milling
• Research on effect of harvesting time for different maturity, shape and grain moisture content for rice
• Research study to identify the post-harvest losses for rice
• Study the current post-harvest practices fornon-rice crop in uplandareas in Cambodia
• Conduct researchon improving technique for non-rice cropunder process of harvesting, threshing, drying and storage
• Conduct research of post-harvest performance for vegetable (Tomato, Chili and Leafy)
• Conduct research on mapping supply chain for Tomato at farm in Kandal province to the wholesaler in Phnom Penh
